Brief Description: The Damron Dennis Papers contain committee meeting minutes, handouts, and memos from her work on North Texas State University (NTSU, currently the University of North Texas) library committees dealing with government documents, the placement of shelves in the brand new Willis Library, the development of new collection development policies, and the setting up of the Special Collections areas of archives and rare books. Her collection also includes documents dealing with library administrative duties, such as photocopies of all library forms in use in 1972, memos about staff awards, and details about the open house for the brand new Willis Library.

Arrangement: The Damron Dennis Papers are arranged into two series: Library Committee Business and Library Administrative Work.  Her committee work is divided into folders by committee, including the Special Collections Panel, a shelf arrangement committee, Texas and U.N. papers committee and the Collection Development Committee. The Library Administrative Work Series includes copies of all library forms used in 1972, information on the open house for the grand opening of Willis Library, and various memos and information on staff awards.
