Black Tie Dinner, Inc. holds its yearly event to not only spotlight awareness for contemporary GLBT issues and entertain its attendees with an engaging program, but to raises funds in support of gay and lesbian organizations. Since 1982, the fund raising dinner and the community support it receives has grown exponentially. Every year since its inception, the Black Tie Dinner board has chosen local beneficiaries, in addition to the Human Rights Campaign Foundation, to receive generous donations which aid local and national supportive services for the GLBT community.
