Lieutenant Colonel Jane Sewell distinguished herself in the performance of outstanding service to the United States as Chief, Aerial Port Branch, Transportation Operations Division, Headquarters Oklahoma City Air Materiel Area, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, from 1970 to 1971. Beforehand, Jane Sewell earned a bachelor of science degree from the University of North Texas Teachers College in 1931, and a master of science degree in 1945.
