Abstract

This collection contains the works of several contemporary artists for the use of UNT students to examine and handle photographs by these artists in person. These artists represent a range of style and technique, incorporating multimedia and traditional photography methods. This collection is intended to grow with the acquisition of new photographs for educational purposes.

Scope and Contents of the Materials

Contains 18 photographs and four portfolios by eight American photographers with ties to Texas. Photographs are a range of black and white and mixed-media depending on the artist.
