A memorial for Benedicta Swenson.

Biographical Note

Benedicta Swenson was born in Denton. She died as a graduate student at the North Texas Teachers College (now the University of North Texas). She taught school in Krum, Texas in 1935. She was a member of the Green Jackets (president in 1935), Kappa Delta Pi, Alpha Chi, Gammadions, English Majors' Club, Student Faculty Council, and she was the presidnet of the sophomore class in 1933.
