Collection Historical Note
Charles V. Duncan, Jr. was born in 1921 and raised in Missouri. He attended Texas Tech in Lubbock, Texas and served as a B-24 pilot with the 7th Bomb Group(H) during World War II. He later settled in Modesto, CA.
