Scope and Contents of the MaterialsThis collection includes a scrapbook compiled by the American Manufacturing Company employee, Mary Watson, and is dedicated to Convair jets and other factory employees during the 1940s and World War 2. The scrapbook contains newspaper clippings, photos and programs that depict and describe the Convair “Liberator” B-24 bomber, the people that worked to construct the plane, and provide small insights into life during the war effort.
