Abstract
Scope and Contents of the Materials
This collection contains court case briefs fought by James (J.) Patrick Wiseman, a civil rights lawyer from Texas. The cases cover issues related to the LGBT community on college campuses, as well as students right to protest and prisoner rights when held in jail. There is also a photo of Wiseman and a VHS tape dated from his death in February of 1998.Collection Historical Note
