520 2  _aThe collection consists of thousands of published ensemble arrangements and sheet music for popular songs from roughly 1890 through the 1950s. Many items are also stamped for WBAP sister station KGKO.
545 1  _aAccording to the Handbook of Texas Online, WFAA radio station existed from June 26, 1922 until its call letters changed to KRQX on July 2, 1983. Beginning in 1950, the station existed in parallel with the now better-known WFAA-TV. The radio station shared a frequency with WBAP in Fort Worth for much of its existence, with a cowbell famously signaling the daily swap.
