Contains casualty lists of deaths and wounds from 1918 to 1919 of Marine Corps and the American Expeditiatory Forces in World War I, released to morning and afternoon newspapers.

Collection Historical Note

During participation in World War I (1914 - 1918), American newspapers released names, addresses, and relations of fallen, injured, or missing soldiers of the American Expeditianary Forces and of the Marine Corps.
